OSD is a multidisciplinary event space and creative hub in Berlin, known for curating immersive, sound-driven experiences across culture, gastronomy, and private events.
I work closely with the OSD team on an ongoing brand and digital transformation, reshaping the visual identity, digital strategy, and communication to better reflect the space's premium positioning and diverse offerings - from curated rituals and private dinners to corporate retreats and weddings.
The Challenge
Provide a scalable brand and digital system for a growing, sound-focused event space — aligning the right audiences, offerings, and positioning across cultural programming and high-value private events.
The Approach
Reposition the brand through a refined visual identity and modular digital system, redefining target audiences and offerings, and shaping a premium online presence that balances cultural depth with commercial clarity.
The Result
A cohesive brand and digital platform that strengthens OSD’s premium positioning, supports ticket sales and private event inquiries, and lays the foundation for projected revenue growth of over €450,000 in the wedding and private events sector.
Final Remarks
This project is an ongoing collaboration and has been a valuable opportunity to deepen my experience in project management, stakeholder alignment, and long-term brand development. Working across strategy, design, and execution has strengthened my ability to manage complex requirements while delivering a cohesive and scalable visual system.
